With passion, experience and integrity, Sabine Morant helps companies to meet their specific recruitment needs individually and through successful networking. What is our background?

Sabine Morant has many years of experience both in-house and as an executive search consultant. She worked for eight years in various line roles at Credit Suisse Corporate Banking and International Private Banking with a focus on Asia. She then spent seven successful years with Russell Reynolds Associates, one of the leading global executive search companies, where she led cross-industry national and international senior management and board mandates. After working for SchulthessZimmermann, an executive search boutique, the time had come to pursue her own executive search philosophy. Morant Executive Search thus benefits from her broad basis of fruitful experience on a solid academic foundation:

 

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business, Institute of Management at MIT/Columbia Executive Education (completion April 2019)
  • Diversity and Inclusion Certificate, Cornell University ILR School
  • Certification Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, University of Bern
